The Dancing Cat Saloon and Catskill Distilling Company was founded in 2010 by Stacy Cohen and Monte Sachs, it's a family owned business producing Fine Handcrafted Spirits like our "Peace Vodka" which will be available this spring. The Dancing Cat Saloon is all about a good time! Fun, People, The Arts, Local History and Good Tunes! Live Music is the our prized possession. The local musicians and artists who both display their work and play their music in our saloon are all one of a kind. The loose jam type atmosphere creates a dynamic in the music that can be found nowhere else. And the food, we strive to bring you the freshest local ingredients cooked fresh! Our Chef is a wizard in the kitchen creating specials that are both creative and delecious. Stop by on any night for dinner and live music, we're waiting to meet you!
